Instructions for Returning Items
Please retain the dated sale s receipt a s e vidence of the d ate of
purc hase. You will need it for any warranty s e r vice. I f you bought
the product t h ro u g h a dealer, i n s taller, or reselle r, yo u will need to
re t u rn the produc t to the point of s a l e.
E-mail us, or call u s, usi n g t he information listed un d e r “Customer
Ser vice Contact I nformation”, for a Retur n to M anufac ture r Au t hori-
zation (RMA) number. D e s cribe br i e f l y the reasons for your request-
ed return.
Yo u must receive an RMA # before you retur n any g o ods to us. The
RMA # must appea r o n yo u r re turn pack ing lab e l or on the out s i d e
of the box. Merchandise w i t hout a RMA # will b e refus e d. RMA’s are
valid fo r twenty ( 2 0 ) days f ro m date of issuance.
All returned merchandise m u s t be shipped in t h e original pack aging.
If it i s n ot in the or i g i n a l pack aging, Z E K TO R will not b e h e ld liable
fo r d amage durin g s hipment. Shipments o f re t u rns must b e p re p a id,
and we will not accept COD re t urns.

manship under n o rmal use a n d s er vice fo r two years from the origi-
nal date of purchase. ZEK TOR, at its o p t ion, shall repair o r repl a ce
the defective unit covered by this warrant y.
In order to keep t h i s warranty in e f fe c t, the p roduc t must have been
handled and u s e d as prescribed in t h e instruc tions accompanying
this warranty. This warranty d o e s not cove r a ny d a m age due to acci-
dent, misuse, abuse, or neglig e n ce. This warranty is va l i d only if the
pro d uct i s u sed as specif i e d in the produc t documentation.
Repair or replacement, a s provi d e d under this war r a nt y, i s yo ur
exc l u s i ve rem e d y. Z E K TO R shall not be l i able for any i ncidental or
consequential damag e s. I mplied warranties o f merc hantabilit y a nd
fitness for a par ticul a r p urpose on t h i s product a re limi ted i n dura-
tion to the duration o f t his warranty.

Shipment of produc t is as adver tised by produc t. Upon receipt of

us at once and tell us your concer n s, so we may make e ver y e f for t to
satisfy your purchase.
